Jeff Silva
Jeff Daniel Silva (co-founder and co-curator of Balagan Film Series) is an artist, teacher & curator based in Boston. Jeff studied Cinema and Photography at Ithaca College and received an MFA in Visual Art from Vermont College of Fine Arts in Montpelier.
